TWO vacant factory warehouses at 4-10 Hautonga St, Petone, have been put up for sale by their Kapiti Coast owner, Malcolm Rabson.

Agent Tim Julian, Ray White Commercial, said 4-6 Hautonga St was an older, 463sqm building which has had several extensions. It had 300sqm of sealed yard with a second frontage to Marine Pde. The 933sqm building at 8-10 Hautonga St was relatively modern and had well-appointed mezzanine offices. The warehouse space has a stud height of about 6m.

They were leased until last year by Vision Ltd, a company that specialised in mail sorting equipment
